How Reclaim Car Finance will help you

We understand it can feel confusing to know if you’ve been affected by mis-sold car finance. That’s why we provide a simple, eligibility check to see whether your case may qualify for review.

If your case appears suitable, we will refer you to one of our trusted partner law firms or specialist firms who can provide advice and, if appropriate, handle your claim directly. They will explain their terms, conditions, and any fees before you decide whether to proceed.

You are under no obligation to move forward, and you won’t pay us anything. If you do proceed, we may receive a referral fee from the partner firm for introducing your case. Reclaim Car Finance is not responsible for the legal advice or services provided by our partners — all casework will be managed by them.

If you contact Reclaim Car Finance between 10AM – 6PM Monday to Friday, a member of our team will guide you through the free eligibility check and explain the next steps. Outside these hours, you can leave your details with our call centre or email us at [email protected], and we’ll arrange for a team member to follow up.

Please note: any advice, case management, or claims work will only be carried out by our regulated partner firms once your case has been referred.

Policy against abusive call

We operate a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of our employees who have a right to carry out their work without fear of being abused. Malicious or abusive calls are a criminal offense under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984, and Business Energy Claim will not hesitate to report such acts to the police.
